Screaming deal on CL

I just found a very nice 1971 SWB with a big block for sale by a VERY angry wife. I won't post a link because there are some....ahem... inappropriate images as well.

Located in Los Banos CA for $3800

This is a chance for someone to get a deal they would never have dreamed possible. Watch out for the husband though!

LOL-sorry, that's both funny and scary at the same time. Wonder what he did. It all depends on that. But never mess with a mans ride. I should not laugh though. The ONLY thing I took when I left my wife after 22 years was my truck and tools. If that happenned to me I would be VERY angry.

Re: Screaming deal on CL

Can we get a hint to what area this is posted in, or some text from the ad to help someone find it? I'm coming up with nothing myself.

Nevermind, found it. Funny pics

Re: Screaming deal on CL

That is a great deal! someone should snap that up. I'm not clear on the pictures though. If it's his truck she's selling, why is there pictures of her on there? They say they have a clear title and it's just sitting in the garage and they're sick of looking at it. I'd say this truck is worth at least $15k by my first impression. Nice paint, custom interior, and supposedly frame up restore. Easy flip if nothing else.
Of course it could be a scam or something, so go with some friends.

Re: Screaming deal on CL

I just called the phone number and talked to a girl and her name isn't even what was posted. She knew nothing about an add or even a truck that matched that discription. She is going to find the add and see if the pictures are of her and do what she can to have it removed.
Just goes to show you, if it's too good to be true, it probably is. WES

That is a cool and hard to find item right there.

Glad I don't live there anymore. It would probably be in my garage...
