Yes that is a high hump floor as is any with the removable cover.
Is your truck a Highlander? Trim codes would be 611, 613, 604 or 618.

It does have the Highlander Orange Plaid and Parchment door panels. 77k original, bill of sale, protecto plate and dealer installed a/c. Bought it in December and it has been fun, Thanks guys!

NICE truck. So, here's a new one on me though... First time I've ever seen a 1/2 ton highlander (package truck or not (this one is not)) with PO3 hubcaps on the SPID, instead of PA1s. Interesting. Can you tell if that SPID is original? It looks really nice and new, but it's also peeling on the edges like an old one. I did notice this truck has an order number in the lower right, which I THINK means it was special ordered by the original buyer, yes? (Someone's gotta know the answer to that, ha). You've got a gorgeous truck there Lanman! I'm a highlander nut, just love the plaid.

I believe the SPID is original to the truck. I am the 3rd owner and it does not appear to have had any work done before I got it. I like the Plaid too. I ordered new fabric and vinyl from SMS to have the seat redone. This pic makes the seat look much better than it is, the drivers side is mostly gone.

As far as the SPID goes, while looking a little crisp I do have other examples very close in appearance with much worse cover sheets from Flint in 72.

The lower right is IIRC the special order number (vs an open stock unit) and the top is the sequence number that matches box 24 of the build sheet (on "Z" Fremont trucks).

OK lets start here.
IIRC is short for "If I Remember Correctly".
The number indicates it was an ordered unit vs a stock (for the lot) unit.
The SPID itself shows how the vehicle deviates from a base build.
A "no option" vehicle in most cases will list the model number, the body color code and the trim code. Sometimes strippers with black interiors will not list the trim code just the model and body color. The exception being "B" Baltimore, they rarely used trim codes on the SPID, ever.

So almost everything on your SPID is an upgrade from a base C10, LWB Fleetside V-8 truck.

So that explains why, when I googled IIRC nothing came up. Got me! So you are saying my truck one of the very special 250,000 common LWB C10's. I ordered the orange plaid from SMS to have the seat redone. Going to stay mostly original with minor changes. Thanks.

Overall I am not even sure you have a question here.
Its not "special" in the sense that all the options were regularly available RPO options and color/trim selections for 72. But it was "ordered" vs being a lot truck for inventory with general local options the dealer chose and GM pushed as "sales recommendations".
It is a uncommon upgrade to the Custom Deluxe trim package in its most commonly found application CE10 LWB, but then these were the highest production model.
Of the plaids 611 blue and 613 avacado seem to lead the pack followed by orange (my favorite) with the fairly bland 604 grey trailing. This could very well be skewed by people saving bright and popular colors.
Exterior color to interiors is basically blue with blue, green with avacado and orange and orange. A suprising number are white though including Jocko's and Stickman's, both of which are blue plaid. The loaded white and orange C20 Highlander Longhorn that got away is something Jocko will surely never let me live down (backstory I need a C30).
The Highlander plaid trim or promo package is much more rare as you go into the heavier trucks or even into SWB C10s. Know of a couple of C20 Highlander Longhorns and one C30 Longhorn (Dark Olive and Avacado).
C20(127") pickups seem to be the second highest population of the production. Blazers are few and far between and Suburbans even more so.
Glad to see your's going back to its former glory as I am sure many people balk at the cost and effort of a custom made seat cover who might otherwise be interested. Hats off to Jocko and yourself for that.
