Can't post new thread in parts board

I was wondering why I can' t post in the parts area. I can reply but can't post new. Do you have to be on here for a certain time or so many posts? I have some partsiI want to sell and wanted to offer them up to this board before posting them for sale locally. Thanks

Please note that you must be a supporting member to post classified items. It costs $15 for six months or $25 a year.
