Well if it is a 67 neither fender we can see is. They both have lamp cutouts. Then again the truck has a rebuilt title so you can't tell what the bed might be or the left fenders just may be a 68 it happens and at that price and $14 bucks some block off would take care of the cut outs. Most people that don't come on here would never notice. there is a truck in my town with smooth fronts and the bed has the lamps and I made a comment on it one day and he told me how stupid I was and that it was factory that way in 67.

Who in their right mind would want a stepside WITHOUT the spare tire cutout????
Just kidding! Most would I suspect. And no, most people wouldn't notice the wrong fenders on that one. |

It doesn't have to smogged at all, so that's not right. His grammar is horrible, sorry, but misspellings everywhere, etc. To be honest, I have seen a couple like that with no title - it could be there are back fees to the dmv on it as well; probably worth checking out if you are looking for a stepper though.
