Pulled out the 327....
Just for a re-seal and a re-paint. Went back to Chevy Orange because the '62 is getting a color change soon.

Is that one of the original barrel shrouds that's been chromed? Looks great. I picked up a cherry 65 v8 plastic shroud and a 1960 steel drum shroud and can't use either on my stepside with the big block. Looks like I may be able to use one of the two on the 348 going in the fleetside though.

I love the 327...I have one in my truck but Im ready to go from that High RPM to a more of a torque motor.. I have a 400 block and crank and a 454...not sure yet

Nice! Got the 327 in mine also. Would like to pull it for seals and paint also but it sounds healthy so I will leave it be for now.
