HELP! What series is my posi unit?

This is a gov lock 12 bolt posi unit with 3.08 gears. I know a lot of people aren't fans of these and I am not looking for comments on how good or not good they are. I have just been doing a lot of searching and can't get a definitive answer on what gears will fit. I think it will fit up to 3.42 but am not sure. This isn't the answer I am hoping for as I really want 3.73 gears. Any positive input would be appreciated.

Yes, 3:42, but there are a few manufacturers that make thick gears for a series 3 carrier.
