58 Turn signal rebuild?

Has anyone successfully rebuilt a stock turn signal assembly for a 58 Apache? I can't seem to locate a 'rebuild kit' like for older or newer years, but I know I can get a whole new cup assembly with the switch/wires etc. Anyone done this? Hoping not to have to spend $120 for the whole thing. Seems like 55-56 were one style, 57-59 was another, and 60+ was different, but no one makes rebuild parts for the 57-59.... ? Thanks in advance for any help/info!

I'm not sure on this one but take a look at this Ebay item 291150739260 It's just the switch and wires and doesn't have any of the mechanism

Re: 58 Turn signal rebuild?

Looks like Rockauto has it for $20, might be able to chase the PN back to a local place. I checked NAPA, not listed online, but counter guy might be able to find it in the Standard or Echlin catalogs...

Re: 58 Turn signal rebuild?

Nordic, yea that's basically what I'm looking to rebuild. I found a guy local today that has one, so I'll try to work with that for parts/whole replacement. If I can't get it to work, I'll send you a PM. Thanks guys!
