700r4 users

For those of you who have put a 700r4 with a quadrajet, what tv cable mount did you use?

Thanks

Jason

Any mid 80s Chevy truck with a Q-jet and 700 should work. There a billions of them in the junkyards. Just look for a pre 87 (EFI) truck with the overdrive PRNDLL thing on the dash.

I got a thing from Bowtie Overdrives that adapted my carb to work with the TV cable. Has to have the right linkage on the carb though...

So would anything from a rear wheel drive and quadrajet work? As long as it was a 700 or 200 trans?

I used TV cable P/N 25515598 and Bracket P/N 22504927. Bracket has cutouts for Accel. cable and TV cable. Looks factory.
Both are available from GM . Bracket mounts to two rear bolts on Carb.
