Will I have to fab?
I'm in the process of putting in new firewall and after taking the lower cowl panel off I discovered some rust on the lip where the cowl panel welds to by the vents and where the firewall welds to the cowl panel. Anyone ever run into this issue. If so, what's the best way to fix.
Thanks |

Re: Will I have to fab?
Other pics by vents to see where rust is where cowl is welded. I also plan on getting rid of vents and going straight down. If anyone has tips that would e greatly appreciated.

I thought I would flip them to make them easier to see... LockDoc

I guess you would have two options, Cut out the rust and fab up some new pieces to weld in or find a donor truck and cut the panels from it. LockDoc
