1971 Bedliner
So I'm looking for a drop-in bedliner for my 1971 c10 Longbed. would it be possible to by a used one that's meant for a different 8-foot bed and just sit it mine? (some modifications of course) If so, What would be a good year/make to get one from? if not, has anyone had any success with the "do-it-yourself" spray bedliners?
Thanks |

Re: 1971 Bedliner
Drop in plastic bed liners tend to hold moisture which in turn rusts the metal floor or rots the wood. That is why you don't see many of them anymore. You do see quite a few sprayed and rolled on bed liners in this board though.
I am not sure if any from others years/makes/models (outside of 67-72 Chevy and gmcs) that will fit.

Re: 1971 Bedliner
yea that's true. any idea of the quality of a sprayed on bedliner? There is some rust starting to form on the bed, so I think a spray on would be the way to go. I know Rhino Linings do a good job but can be pricey
