pinion angle question
Hi i have a question about pinion angle on a 1968 chev truck
i am installing a 5 inch lowered spring and 1 inch lowering blocks wanting to know will i need pinion angle shims for this set-up thank you everybody |

The general rule is to have the pinion angle equal AND opposite of the transmission tail shaft angle at ride height. You can get an angle finder fairly cheap and figure out which shims you need after you do the math. Good luck!
