1984 cruise
Can someone tell what could make my cruise keep shutting off on my 84? I set it and it stays for a while then shuts off.

Re: 1984 cruise
I have seen brake light switches start to go bad and they will trip the brake lights after a bump. That could disengage the cruise.

Re: 1984 cruise
Are you talking about the on the dash? That could be the problem as well but I am not sure about it. I know newer Fords that would be the issue.

Re: 1984 cruise
I would try to see what the issue is with that and see if that corrects the problem.
