Am I missing a bushing, or am I OK ?

Saw this when I jacked up the front end to work on the truck today.
Am I missing a bushing, or do I just need to tighten the bolt back down?
I'm sure glad nothing weird EVER happens in my world ...

yup, you should have a bushing in there. poly ones are cheap & way better for your swaybar
