NOS parts - this place is great!
I just installed a new door latch and striker plate on my 54 Chevy truck that I got from Obsolete Chevy Parts. One try and it worked perfectly with just eyeing up alignment. I did have to move it back a bit for a tighter fit it works like a brand new truck would without any door slamming. I've attached a couple of pics that doesn't do the latch justice but I posed it next to the import junk that I installed a few years. back. The metal and the rivets are much more substantial and the striker plate, I think, looks like it's on steroids. Here's a link to this place.
