Parting one out?
I'm thinking of parting out my '67 LWB stepside so I can focus on my '54 3100.
What is a good 292 ci with 84,000 mi worth? What is the 4 speed transmission worth? The sheet metal is easy to price, about 2/3 of LMC prices. I'll post a list in the For Sale section when I figure out how much to ask for the motor.

Re: Parting one out?
I wouldn't base my prices on aftermarket replacement parts. Just look around in the classifieds and see what the stuff is going for.

Re: Parting one out?
i have seen 6cyl motors go for $500 and below depending on how complete. truck 4spd maybe worth $100 - $200. again someone has to want this setup as most want v8 and overdrives (auto or manual). good luck!

Re: Parting one out?
Thanks. I have too many projects. My '54 was my daily driver until I turned it into another project. Then my old Triumph Trident needs to get back on the street before I start spending on th e'54. The '67 may sit for 3 more years.
