Who is running manual valves?
I am trying to decide what I want to do with my setup, and I would like to hear some feedback and see some videos of trucks in action. Thanks.

Re: Who is running manual valves?
I have used both manual and electronic.
manual paddle valves mounted on a slim board with 2 dual needle gauges from Borris aka way2lo2 here and an Air lift V2 system with elec. valves. Both work great.

Re: Who is running manual valves?
I just got my manual valves from dloe yesterday. They are really sweet. I love the action on them. Can't wait to install them.

Re: Who is running manual valves?
2 different trucks. The V2 is an inexpensive way to go vs manual and zero dash space for gauges and switches.

Re: Who is running manual valves?
I mounted all my stuff right in the dash. My truck is a 78 model squarebody to which I did a 64 model dash swap. The valve block dropped directly into the factory ash tray hole.
This worked out sanitary with the gauges right below it. I ran 1/8" air lines from the back of the valve block down to the gauges underneath it. Super sanitary overall.

Re: Who is running manual valves?
I'm running a Little Larrys valve block. I chose it over the DLOE route simply due to sanitary installation and the fact they are quick and easy to rebuild with generic o rings if ever needed.
The sanitary part comes in where you just have one inlet feed from your tanks to all four valves. And the combined single exhaust port is nice too since it was easy for me to run my dump line down and under the truck for quietness and cleanliness.

Re: Who is running manual valves?
Yeah I would love to see how you mounted them and if you are running guages. I like the way Borris set up looks but LL I think are faster then both Borris and Dloe. Do you guys have any videos?

Re: Who is running manual valves?
Sorry I didn't see your question earlier.
I bought them, along with a ton of other stuff from tho robros.com I had to put that space in his website name due to board politics. Apparently there is bad blood between them and the admin here so when you type his website on here it gets censored. I know nothing about the feud that caused it, but he (Jason Thorbec ke) did me very right on all of my orders. I'm a very loyal customer to them.

Re: Who is running manual valves?
I'm running a manual valve set-up from Boris ( way2lo2 ) . Very happy with the performance and simple easy install. It's been over a year with absolutely no issues at all. Those LITTLE LARRY's valves interest me, I may try them when I bag my 63.

Re: Who is running manual valves?
I agree with Newfisher, they work great. Boris puts out a good product at a good price in my opinion.i don't want my truck to slam to the ground when I dump the air and I don't want to jump when I fill the bags.I call it a controlled lift when I air up..it's just right

Re: Who is running manual valves?
No videos of my crap. With a 5 gallon tank starting at 200 psi, it takes about five seconds to go from on the ground to full raise at all four corners.
From full raise to on the ground, it dumps in about 5 seconds.

Re: Who is running manual valves?
1/4" lines throughout. Dual Viair 360 compressors. Dominator 2600 front on Porterbuilt drop member. Firestone 9000 sleeve bags in the rear mounted directly over the axle.

Re: Who is running manual valves?
Wow 1/4 lines thats awesome. I was going to run 3/8 lines I wonder if that would affect the speed. mixermike, I can't seem to get in touch with Boris I sent him a pm, want to get a price on the set up.

Re: Who is running manual valves?
Boris is usually very good at responding. Maybe between the weather and the holidays it maybe taking up a lot of his time
