Fuse block repair

Have 1972 fuse block that needs to be repaired. Can the fuse holders be replaced? Photos shows the problem.

I've dismantled fuse blocks on 60s & 70s Chevys, and made repairs using donor boxes. Also, read this topic at a forum I used to visit when I had my 70 Nova.
