Another crate engine question??

I know you have to prime the oil, should you turn engine over by hand and prime at same time.... Most threads don't say anything about turning engine over...

That's what my instructions told me to do. I primed it for two minutes then had a friend slowly rotate the crank around while I primed a few more minutes. Don't forget to plug your oil pressure port on the top of the block! You'd be amazed how far oil shoots out!
