Stepside rear fender patch panel help!
Does anyone know if they make patch panels for rear stepside fenders I can not find any! I have rust thru at bottom where step is on mine the rest of the fender is great.

Nope. Been wishing they would make them for years... but I've never found anything. Aside from the curve, the metal is flat... so patches can be hand made.

That is what I thought but was wishing hard to find a donor to cut out because they are all bad there. well not all I had a pair at one time and sold them dumb ***

I made my own patches cut out from some junk 72 front fenders. The curve is the same radius as the stepside rears. Took some time, but after mig welding them in, doing some bodywork and finishwork, they came out good.
