Re: Feathers Blazer
Holy crap. If that's original paint/graphics that's worth every damn penny they're asking! Very cool.

Re: Feathers Blazer
That is the first time I have ever seen a Highlander option plaid seat on a Cheyenne equipped vehicle. They are both listed on the SPID. I did not know that was possible. Maybe SS Tim will check in

Re: Feathers Blazer
I can only imagine! I love the cool schemes they had for the blazers. I've never seen one in real life only the pictures in the old sales brochures and pics online.

Re: Feathers Blazer
It looks like the inside of the RH door is orange and being a highlander it would have a parchment interior. FWIW my orange parchment interior K20 came with a black GB door. Can't say I've seen that on a K5 before though. Good observation, would be great to have more pics.

Re: Feathers Blazer
Good spot on the door Pete, I then looked some more and both inner doors are orange. I would of like to see this one in person. I didn't realize that about the glove box doors, good info. Still would be a neat blazer to have

Re: Feathers Blazer
Part of me thinks it was an orange blazer at one point and either it was restored white or the dealer painted it white and added feather decals to try and sell it when new

Re: Feathers Blazer
I'm guessing the new owner has to pay for gas and all his/her fees on a truck they bought sight unseen without doing any homework on why the truck was white on the outside and orange inside...of course, they could "market" the special paint code as what caused this condition if they were out to make a quick buck on an unsuspecting buyer! Maybe that is what happened to them.
I'm personally not a fan of the "flipper"...be it houses or cars. Many times the product is just turned without any knowledge of what is being sold and its real condition. I know there are good folks out there that make a living turning cars...but these days it seems the less than honest folks own the majority. At least this person is admitting the repaint...saved someone some heartache/money for sure. Hopefully it ends up in a good home. Still looks like a decent truck for someone...just not crazy on the price.

Re: Feathers Blazer
Forgot to post the link...
http://rapidcity.craigslist.org/cto/4845750753.html Yeah... I don't think it was an "uneducated buyer." Uneducated buyers usually assess their situation, which usually takes quite some time to realize they screwed up, then usually try to sell it for at least what they paid for it... this is definitely a flipper. It was posted only days later with the same ad pics for $4,400 more? Nothing wrong with that. If they think they can get it, good for them, but I believe it was a good buy at the price it was at originally, the new price is too high for condition.
