I don't think women wore bikini's in 58' or 59'. I could be wrong.

The double chin looks wierd on the truck.

Was there any caption with that picture, or was it one of those "who can supply the best caption" things.

Re: photochopped un-sectioned truck

Guy in the suit looks weird too, trying to figure out how the stripper ended up at the ball game. Also, apparantly everyone in the 50's walked around with their hands in their pockets. My old man was always on me about it saying it made you look like you were not working to the boss man....

I have an original spread of that ad from the Saturday Evening Post framed and hanging in my living room.

I'll snap a pic and post it tonight and you guys can play "spot the photoshop"

get the date on the ad too, the original is probably un-photochopped
my photochop skills are minimal but that one is bad

Re: photochopped un-sectioned truck

I dont even think photoshop would look so poor (the graphic work), that looks like a quick ms paint mash.

I'm with the kid. looks like a chop top ice cream truck.

Re: photochopped un-sectioned truck

I wish we could see more of the Caddy in front of the truck.

The kid still has his glove on, my bet is he took a line drive in the jewels and didn't want everyone to see him throw up.
Or he just took a good look at the truck he was hiding behind...that thing is uglier than a man's a$$.

Re: photochopped un-sectioned truck

outside of the bad photoshop of the truck that does have Saturday Evening post art written all over it.
