66 c10 5.3/4l60e swap mount question
I have been trying to research motor mount adapters and have not come to a conclusion on which to use. Is it just a trial and error thing on where to set the motor? I have seen many from forward sets and rearward sets. I am looking for some insight on what is the best option or if there is a way to know before I have to hang the motor in there to find out.
Thanks in advance! |

Re: 66 c10 5.3/4l60e swap mount question
If there's enough room between the engine and the radiator, forward makes it a little easier to get to things on the back of the engine. Farther back moves the weight distribution back, improving handling and launches.

Look here..
