Re: This is just Awesome!
I'd be screwed six ways to Sunday... I have two in the driveway and one in the street... HOA hasn't said anything... yet.

Re: This is just Awesome!
What a joke. What really made me laugh was the other truck in the neighbors driveway.

Re: This is just Awesome!
My Chevy is in the street and two Internationals are in the driveway... I think the HOA is trying to determine just what an International is...

I'm sure glad I live in the country. It must be nice to have nothing more important to worry about than you neighbor's truck. GET A LIFE PEOPLE !

This is everywhere my son was ticketed for parking on the street and getting his son out of his car seat and then again when I parked for 10 minutes to p/u my grandson.

The home owner has an open and shut case. Just argue Ford doesn't make a truck. Lol

Re: This is just Awesome!
Reasons like this are why I am looking to move from Phoenix to Colorado outside the city limits! Here in Phoenix you are allowed ONE nonregistered vehicle on your property even if it is behind a fence where no one can see. You are also not allowed any outside storage of parts even in your own back yard even if not visible from the front yard. What this means is if your neighbor looks over your fence and doesn't like what he sees he can report you! I would never live in a HOA but in the city things in a regular neighborhood aren't a lot better

Re: This is just Awesome!
No HOA where I live. My neighbor has three concrete pumps in his front yard, two pickups, and a host of parts. It's neatly stored, though totaly visible. If there's a Portland City Code prohibiting any of it, I have no idea...
Personally, I think it's cool to look over the fence and see a Duetz air-cooled diesel. And it's his yard, so he can whatever he pleases for all I care. |

Re: This is just Awesome!
That is the exact reason, i don't live in an HOA area. ANd on the plus side, he has video of another truc in the hood. Also If someone can see my stuff close enough to complain about it, they are within range!!!

Re: This is just Awesome!
This was one of the many reasons why the first question I asked when we were house shopping 2 years ago was if there was a home owner's association. If there was, that house got checked off the list.
