GAS CAP - EEC Or Not?
If I still have my tank in the cab do I need cap with "EEC"? I believe the answer is yes. But wanted to be sure before I ordered the new Billet one LMC just released.

Re: GAS CAP - EEC Or Not?
A lot depends on if you still have the EEC connected and functional. But your truck would have been built with EEC.

Re: GAS CAP - EEC Or Not?
You dont need to have the eec connected and functional all you need is the gas tank and having the vent line still connected to the high loop (passenger door frame) and a bit of hose outside the cab to vent the fumes

Re: GAS CAP - EEC Or Not?
I have my tank in the cab of a '72 GMC and I do not have the EEC hooked up. Therefore I used a vented gas cap from a '69.
