opinions -raised floor with skirts ?
I,m just finishing up on my bed floor but didn,t like all the open air along the sides.I was wondering if anyone had put a skirt along the edges or dumb idea ?

I plan to make a "skirt" to go from the upper bed rail to under the wood. Just like the original except only 8.5 or 9 inches tall and spot welding or even a clean screw to attach it. I raised my floor quite a bit to clear the porterbuilt notch in the back. The middle of my bed folds up like a car hood to gain access to everything under there.

Never mind I see now what you're talking about. I haven't thought of that yet but it might look pretty good. Assuming you're talking about under the bed between the frame and bed floor?
