Coilover kits.
Hey guy, has anyone messes with drop embers and four links with coilovers? I can only find a drop member and 4 link setup by porterbuilt. If u have bought it how do u like it how does it handle. Or if anyone knows of another coupany that makes dropmembers with coilovers let me know.

Re: Coilover kits.
Dropmember is a specific piece made by Porterbuilt.
A few companies make raised crossmembers with coil over options: No Limit and Scott's being the most popular. Ridetech has a coil over option but I don't know where they are at with the raised part. Take a moment and do a search on any of those products and you will find tons of info on the board.

Re: Coilover kits.
The board has a nice search feature at the top. Make sure you click the "67-72" button first. Anyway here you go:

Re: Coilover kits.
I posted this question last week. I also have an '85 and I am wanting to do a similar setup. What are your goals and ideas?

Re: Coilover kits.
I believe I will be using QA1 coil overs with a 100# spring. I have been quoted a price in Austin, Texas to have it done with a Fuel Cell. But I'm not sure if I am going to pull the trigger yet.

Re: Coilover kits.
Sorry I just reread this thread and you are looking for just the rear right? We have our rear Air kit, but have not yet converted the rear to allow coilovers. I will keep you posted when this happens.

Re: Coilover kits.
The Part number for the Strong arm control arms and brackets is 11362699. it is not on the website yet, but it is available. You will also need the coilover part number. Depending on which option you choose and if you are running a big block or small black the coilover part number changes.
