trans install

I'm having a problem with my 700r4 I'm putting in my truck. The top two bolts don't want to go in. The four other bolts will go in fine. I've tried loosening the bolts and trying to wiggle the trans, but it didn't seem to help at all.

Make sure that your torque converter is seated properly.

Is it butted up? if not Don't have a dowel in both Tran and Eng.
