Anybody chop up to far gone tops?

I have my original top but is just to far gone to try to fix. Has anybody cut up and made bikinis out of them or something like that?

I bought the front 8" off of 1 to avoid drilling into the windshield frame, A Bikini top off of that was the plan. Have not gotten back to it. Recently there was 1 here, cut right in front of the side windows to create a pickup style top.
