Re: WTB: Blazer lug wrench
Should be same for 1/2t pickups - posting to pickup parts board may be helpful. Shouldn't be too hard to locate.

Re: WTB: Blazer lug wrench
Deadhead, I assume that all four wheel drive blazers and trucks must be the same size lug nuts (3/4"). The 1/2 ton two wheel 1970 pickup that I checked had 13/16" lug nuts on it!

Re: WTB: Blazer lug wrench
Huh - FWIW I'm unaware of size differences between 2wd and 4wd as regards OEM nuts for the same model year. I've not seen lug wrenches advertised for sale as for a specific year or 2wd vs. 4wd, just 1/2t vs. 3/4t. My 72 1/2t 4wds aren't in the garage at the moment or I would measure.

Re: WTB: Blazer lug wrench
Yea, I dont know if the 6 lug trucks are different from the 5 lug or if somehow my K5 has the wrong lug nuts! Maybe some more help will chime in and let us know for sure. Thanks

Re: WTB: Blazer lug wrench
After digging a bit there I found some mention that the K5s may have used a shorter handled wrench and crank: http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...9&postcount=20
Would like to have confirmation. I can try fitting the OEM lug wrench from my K1500 on the K5 and see if it fits... EDIT: Maybe all 72 1/2t's made use of a short handled lug wrench as opposed to other years. Here's a series of pics posted by Mel that show 1/2t and 3/4t wrenches for the varied years. Stud sizes may have changed on the 1/2t between 67 to 72. Sorry to clutter up your thread.
