Tach dash
Up for sale is a tach dash out of my 72 Blazer. It's clean and everything worked before I removed it for a classic instruments setup. Asking 450 plus shipping. Comes with wiring for tach.

Re: Tach dash
That gauge cluster looks great. I need a little education though. Can this Tach gauge cluster be installed on a 69 that does not have a tach gauge cluster and then the tach gauge cluster be hooked up so it (tach) will work?
Thanks Bob

Re: Tach dash
^^^^ Yes - The only thing to watch out for is if its a 6cyl vs. 8cyl tach but being this is off a Blazer im guessin its for an 8cyl

Re: Tach dash
Its an 8 cylinder. It was hooked up to my stock 350 and worked good. I pulled the engine the other day to put in a crate 383, and my new gauge package is on its way. The blazer and truck are almost identical dash forward. I am rewiring it right now with a truck wiring kit. Pretty much all the same. Here's the tach wiring.

Re: Tach dash
I agree. I don't want to put it on eBay, I would rather a board member get it. I'll let it ride another couple of days and then I'm putting it on eBay.

Re: Tach dash
Is this still available?
Is it a reproduction or restored original? |

Re: Tach dash
Yes I still have it. I haven't had time to put it on eBay. I believe it's a reproduction but I am unsure how to tell. Even the repops go for around 550 though.

Re: Tach dash
I'm interested but still bouncing it around in my head.I can probably pick it up if I pull the trigger. Small road trips are good....

Re: Tach dash
I appreciate that, I'm going to mull it around a couple of days. I want to pay the bills first. Don't hold it if someone else chimes in. I'll let you know in a couple of days. Thanks again.
