After market 1972 gmc jimmy emblems

Has anyone had any fitment issues with buying aftermarket emblems from Either ebay or Lmc? Mine are kinda pitted and would like to replace them.

No fitment issues but the first set i got from GMC Pauls the red was flaking off the letters before i could get them out of the box. Paul made good on it and took them back. The next set i ordered from the Truck Shop and seem to be holding up well.

I'm happy with the ones I got from LMC, no issues with finish/paint. They are about $80 a pair which is crazy. (the side emblems near the door)

Try refurbishing them? If you mess them up, buy new ones.

FWIW - I had same problem with red paint peel on repro Cheyenne 20 emblems before the K20 even left the garage. I've since gone with NOS pieces.
