my newest project

Like I need another project but couldnt turn down . As soon as I do a few more things to my 71 I will most likely start on this one . Its a 53 chevy five window . It came with an extra frame that has already been blasted and shot with black epoxy paint . more pics to come . This pic is how I bought ,sitting in its resting spot just wait for me.I hope to have it home by next weekend. I had to give $800.00 for it but that came with and extra frame and 2 truck loads of parts.

I 'm not sure yet . I like stock but I hate straight axles so a little of both . right now the org. six is in it and three on the tree . I know that stuff is going to be gone .

And it is already lowered! Look at the ground clearance along the running board.
LOL

it is a little on the ground isnt it . I have been reading where you can take a craddle from a 71 up notch the frame and install it That way I can get rid of the straight axle and have powersteering and disc brakes also I get to keep the org.frame horns .
