performance w/ TBI?
hi,
i just bought an '85 Blazer w/ 305...i'm used to older trucks so...what are some cheap performance tricks for these...I know it has an early computer so is there any sort of chip like TPIs have? I'm new to TBI so help me out. Thanks, -Nick

TBI didn't come till 87, so someone swaped that FI in. Your best performance upgrade for that motor would be a set of headers, true dual 2.5 exaust, and a 350

That is right TBI was NOT used in trucks until 1987.

for a good TBI upgrade, check out Edelbrock PN:3502. multi-point EFI kit, should give you alot better feul distribution than TBI.
