1984 GMC Power Steering Pump Removal

I just purchased a 1984 GMC 3/4 ton with a 350 crate motor and I'm having trouble removing the power steering pump. I am trying to remove the bracket that holds the pump with the pump on it. There is a bolt towards the center of the motor between the water pump and power steering pump that I am unable to get at to loosen. This is not allowing me to loosen the power steering belt or remove the power steering pump.

Is there a trick to loosen the last bolt to remove the bracket? I can't seem to get a wrench or a socket in there and there is not a window in the pulley to go through.

I have attached a couple pics to give an idea of what I'm looking at.

Thanks for any suggestions.

I was looking at my 83 with 305 the other day and for the first time noticed how down in there the PS pump is. Lot easier to get to on my Jeeps!

Pull the belts... remove the bolts on the head and it should allow the pump to swing side to side.

With the bolt that is hard to get at the pump and bracket assembly will not move to remove the belt. I can pry it off with a screw driver but I thought there should be an easier way.

I just thought there is something I'm missing on how to get at that last bolt.

It might help to remove the belt driven thing above the pump first. What is that thing anyway?

The unit to the right in the pics is the pump for the hydraulic plow setup. I did have it off and it didn't allow me access to that bolt.
