Re: single bend shifter

These WTB threads that don't say they are WTBs always throw me off. I come here thinking I'll be first in line when I am actually behind you . I'm sure you'd have better luck finding one if your title let people know you are looking. As it is, your title attracted me who is looking to buy

Re: single bend shifter

I've done it, too, and we can't edit the title. You need to ask a staffer. Good luck finding one

Re: single bend shifter

I may have what you are looking for (in fact, I think I have 2). They were from the 67-72 generation, but I don't remember if the trucks I got them from were 4WD. How can I tell the difference? They are single bend and chrome. I also have at least 1 knob. I can't post pictures until Tues. If nothing else, perhaps someone can identify the application for me. Let me know if you want the pics.

Re: single bend shifter

The single bend is 4wd only. The 2wd ones have two bends I believe.

Re: single bend shifter

Correct, my double bend gets in the way of my transfer case lever. Thanks for posting a picture for me. And waiting for the picture post on Tuesday. John

Re: single bend shifter

Here are some pictures of the one I have. The chrome is not show chrome, but I doubt they were when new. It does appear somewhat porous or speckled depending on the lighting. There is no rust. I'd rate it about a 7 out of 10.

I'm not quite sure how to value it. Looking at previous posts I've seen them go for anywhere from $70 to $125. How about $65 plus shipping? Not quite sure how to package it. Are you sure it's the right one? Any interest in the knob?

I will figure out how to package it and let you know. Do you have a preference of USPS, UPS or FedEx? PayPal of M.O. works for me.

Re: single bend shifter

I'll hit the post office tomorrow and check out the triangle box. I'll add the knob for $20 as stated in my PM. Will let you know the total and PayPal info via PM tomorrow. Guessing $100 to $105 with shipping Priority Mail.
