Power Door lock/windows
Okay so I need to figure out what these wires go to before I can wire in some after market buttons and relays. Any help?

Since those are aftermarket parts, you will have to get the aftermarket manufacturer to give you instructions, unless someone here has installed them and can help you out.

Here is an example of a AC Delco OEM power window switch (PT254)

You said that you are wiring aftermarket buttons and relays, so I would think that you would not want OEM connectors. |

The colors look stock at least compare to the two power trucks I have owned you should be able to go off the factory wiring diagrams as long as pins are in correct location I can't say if plugs are factory or not though

Those are factory GM style pigtails-the question is what kind of "aftermarket" switches you plan to run....without getting too complicated, it makes all difference knowing if you plan to run grounded switches or not. Post up a schematic of the aftermarket switches and I can tell you whether the GM style pigtails will work or not for you.
