So I have just bought a 1972 C10 and it has a wooden bed. I want to protect this but cant find anyone who makes a bed mat and tonneau cover for this year truck, anyone know of a vendor?

iam going this struggle with my 87 swb looking for a bed mat but nobody has one a friend thinks he found me one through oreillys but it hasn't came in yet though to verify but that's were he got his for his 72 swb that fits 73-87 swb only thing is it has the cut outs for the fuel tank bumps.. I know they still have the bed mat for the 73-87 8ft long beds maybe you could try one of those maybe as close as you can get for now. or maybe someone else might know

How long have you had the Black Max on your truck? Have you been driving in hard rain, if so how dry does the bed stay? Can you post pic or two of it on your truck so I can see how it fits/looks? I was thing Black Max or Revolution but there is quite price diff between the two.

I've had it for about a year and it's not parked in the garage. It's experienced a few rains/storms and had no problem with things in the be getting wet. It also fits like a glove and you can reverse the snaps in the winter when the vinyl contracts.

You might check around this weekend for a sale.

If it's a fleet side the 73-87 mats fit very good. Around the wheel wells it's not 100% perfect but pretty close. There are also very small cutouts where the 73-87 has a boxed out area for the fuel filler.
