Help with wheel sizing for tubs!!!
I recently purchased a 70 short bed (pictures to follow). It is fully tubbed and I would assume narrowed rear end. It came with 15" Weld wheels with 32x17.5 r15 et streets and I'm looking to go larger. What would I need as far as measurements if I wanted to order a set of wheels. I'm looking at 20"x12" wide or larger. Thanks in advance...

Re: Help with wheel sizing for tubs!!!
When I did my tubs, narrowed my rearend and ordered my 19x12's I used this:
Seriously... I would start with measuring the dimensions (mainly the backspacing) of the wheels on it now, the clearance they have and go from there. The width of the rearend, the size of the tubs, etc. There are many threads on this site about this.

Re: Help with wheel sizing for tubs!!!
If your sheet metal is complete the measure. I ordered 14" wide Cragars for the Novdog with special backspacing, should have been 1/4" less backspace nothing I cant fix but more work. Those are 33x15x15.You have alot of measuring to do.If you're gonna use the rearend you have then measure it and compare to factory! Sounds like a wheels up project(the front of coarse!)
