West coast mirrors for C 30?
Ive been fixing my truck for a while now and its going to get painted on Monday. I bought some mirrors from a board member awhile ago but now Im not loving them so much any more. Ive been searching online but cant find period correct replacement west coast mirrors anywhere. Does anybody know where I can buy some good correct or even just well fitting brackets for our trucks? There's some west coast mirror brackets on Amazon but I have no way to know if they will fit good or not.

Find original mirrors. Th '73-ups might work. They look the same but slightly different dimensions

Re: West coast mirrors for C 30?
Look on Craigslist for 1967-72 C50 Trucks those are the brackets you need for west coast Sr. mirrors. Some one will sell you a set eventually. That's where I found a complete set that was not rusty. Sometimes eBay has some NOS parts, got some from there. It took me a while to collect all the parts. I will have them chromed. Here is a parts number diagram that you can use to search the net by the part number. Happy hunting

Thanks! this is really good info to have. Where does that parts sheet come from? Is it from a factory assembly manual? still trying to find out if 64-66 parts are the same.

Unclefreddy. I saw some posts of your chrome west coast mirrors. I have a set just like them I am thinking about using them. Can I see some different views of the truck with those mirrors?

Those are not mine. Belongs to a member here on the board. That's the only pic I had. Search around and you might find some more pictures. Happy hunting.
