69 c10 Rearend Issue
I have an 1969 c10 with 5 lug. I was installing my aftermarket braked 12 inch rotor to the rear. The 4 holes on the rear end were too small for the bracket that holds the caliper on. I contacted wildwood and they told me i had an odd reared and that i would have to replace rear end. What fits thats 5 lugs. My truck has a bolt on each side and the ladder bars. I had a bar going from the frame to where the lowering block is. Thanks need help finding a used rear end that fits

Do you mean trailing arms, or does your truck actually have ladder bars? If it has been modified with ladder bars you will have to identify what rear it a actually has in it.

Picture worth a thousand words. Please take a shot of rear suspension and diff cover. What's the bolt pattern? 5 on 5 or 5 on 4 3/4?

What is the rear end out of? Find that out, and you have a great chance of finding out what fits. It could be the axles were replaced in the original housing, or that the diff is from a 71-72, or a modified 73+ |
