Such a cool idea.. I went another route when I painted mine and you can see brush strokes if you look CLOSE.

Man that's awesome stuff. I still get blown away by the stuff shared here. I'll admit, I just went to their website looking for an acceptable Ochre. I don't know how it'd play in person, but Fierce N Tangy 230 might pass. Thanks for sharing.

Oh great! Now another thing my wife will have to worry about me getting into! If she catches me going thru her nail polish I'm not sure how I'm gonna explain it-I never thought I'd be shopping for nail polish "with" my wife....this could get interested.
I wonder if you use Testors enamels if the same look can be achieved....? I'd be in favor of clearing the whole thing afterwards so the emblems edges don't start to pit/peel from moisture attaching them. |
