I'm trying to locate a pair of 15 x 12 steel wheel blanks. I can find the 15 x 12 rims but can't find the 13-1/4 ID that I need. The ones I've found are 12-1/2 ID.

Any help would be greatly appreciated !

I would suggest you look at dirt track wheel suppliers. Those guys build their own quite often.

Maybe try Stockton Wheel Service in California.

I had wheels made for me in 15x12 from Diamond Racing in Milwaukee (yep, dirt track wheel maker). I know they have hoops, barrels and all that, so I figure they would sell you one.

Heck, having them make the wheels was cheap enough that I wouldn't bother making my own.
