wiper moter problem
My wiper motor on my c10 is acting up. If I run the wipers for more than 15 minutes the motor won't turn off until I turn off the ignition. I have replaced to wiper switch. I have a completely new replacement harness from Painless wiring. could motor be going bad? I believe it's the original.

Re: wiper moter problem
Make sure all your grounds are in place. Especially from the battery to block to frame and from block to firewall. Then make sure you ground the wiper motor to firewall. The motor sits on rubber isolators. I had a similar problem and redone all my grounds and added a ground strap from wiper motor to firewall and it fixed it. If it doesn't help you may have issues with internal motor wiring
