Are you guys with the 5.3 seeing any significant gains from a cold air intake or a programmer/chip?

CAIs are a waste of money along with K&N drop in air fliters ...programming and exhaust is where your bolt on gains are .

None of the handhelds are worth a damn, some have recommended the DiabloSport Tuners which can be bought over the internet tailored too your truck. But nothing will ever beat having someone tune it with EFILive or HPTuners in person, definitely the way to go.
