"Bully steps" or hoop steps
Has anyone every mounted a set of "Bully steps" or "Hoop steps" on a square body pickup truck (mine is a 79') with gastanks on the OUTSIDE of the frame?
If so were the tanks in the way at all? Did they have to be removed and reinstalled in order to mount or were you just able to just drill holes and install the hardware?

Re: "Bully steps" or hoop steps
I ripped a pair of those off my flatbed. They were in front of the tanks towards the front of the door opening. They would not have fit even if they took the tanks down to mount them. I think you either get saddle tanks or those steps, not both.
