275 60 R15 rear tire question
Put some 275 60 15's on 8" rally rims on the back of my '62 today. Rear end is a GM 10 bolt with 5 on 5 bolt pattern. The edges of the tires contact the inner lip of the box so I had to slightly bend it up inside. Has anyone ever rolled this edge? Or does it have to be trimmed off?

I would leave the rolled edge. That is better than having a sharp edge to cut your tire if things move sideways a little.

Yea rolled is usually the way everyone goes. There's a guy over on ls1tech that rents out a fender roller.

Re: 275 60 R15 rear tire question
If it is to close you may have issues when turning or going into driveways as the rear rolls. If you cant get your finger between the tire and the truck good chance it will rub.

Re: 275 60 R15 rear tire question
You can roll the lip but be careful. I applied a little to much pressure on mine and the fender buckled a little.
