My son got started today after ball practice, he's 14, he put the new wheels and tires on and started taking it apart. I thought he got quite a bit done in an hour and a half with a cordless impact gun. We went last Sat and picked up a parts truck with nice rebuilt 250 and a 3 speed--frame rusted out but it has a lot of other parts we were needing. Just thought I'd take pictures as wewent along.
