Fuel Line pump to carb
I tried to do a search but the results were overwhelming. I have a 66 292 C20, my son is starting to tinker with in autoshop. He cracked the steel fuel line taking the carb off. I am finding 1967 lines, but not 60-66. Would that 67 work? Is there much difference in the 292 between those years? What are some other options-rubber, I found some guys saying they used steel brake line bent carefully, steel braided?

Re: Fuel Line pump to carb
Pretty straight forward to bend and flare a new one, using the original as a sample. Fittings and steel line are available at most of the automotive stores.
They may even have a tool loan program for the flaring tool and bender. I try to avoid using rubber fuel line as much as possible. |

Re: Fuel Line pump to carb
Agree with what's been said. Be good practice for sure, and he can custom make the line even.
