All the one's I've seen were on 1973+ Blazers. The 69-72 had seatbelt holders incorporated into the center console. These would be handy for those that elected to go with the drink holder console.

I just pulled a set of a 72 blazer that was optioned with bucket seats and no console.

These are mounted to the sides of every van seat from the 70's that I have come across.

These buckle holders came with utility buckets (base seats) in K/5s and Panels and on standard buckets (no console) in base K/5s and base trucks (71/72 Custom) when buckets were ordered. They also came in Vans and cars with buckets. They aren't real common to find and are a cool little touch
