Can anyone tell me the difference between 67 and 69 stepside rear fenders

The big difference is the marker lamp between 67 and 68-72 fenders. Then with the left there were the base fender, swb spare or lwb spare.

Thanks, I figured the marker light,I need the top inside corner that goes against the bed.So any year would be good for me.
